This is an exciting opportunity to learn my entire system for creating professional style buttercream cakes and cookies. With 15 years experience running a professional specialty cake studio and 15 years teaching, I have developed a highly efficient learning plan that has created amazing results for my amazing students.
Each class is designed as a foundation module suitable for beginners to experienced.
The class dates have been scheduled to follow my recommended learning plan. Each class in sequence, cover core skills that you can use to create your own professional cake (and cookie) designs.
There will be a limited number of students per class based on attention and space requirements, please book as early as possible to ensure availability. Pricing for in person classes includes all materials supplied and GST.
