WHITE CHOCOLATE + VANILLA BEAN
A super delicious butter based cake made with couverture Belgian white chocolate, pastured eggs and madagascan vanilla bean seeds.
BELGIAN DARK CHOCOLATE
Buttery, cakey, chocolatey goodness. Light style mud cake made with couverture belgian dark chocolate and pure dutch cocoa.
VANILLA BEAN BUTTERCAKE
Made with fresh butter, pasture raised eggs and vanilla beans this cake is a lighter style that is simple but very, very special!

Buttercream Flavours
Vanilla bean, coconut, rose, strawberry, coffee, black sesame.

Fillings
Strawberry jam + fresh strawberries, lemon curd, passionfruit curd, raspberry jam, fresh raspberries, pear + vanilla bean compote, black cherry, salted caramel.

Texture
Meringue crumble, vanilla cookie crumble, oreo crumble, praline crunch.
